- Return/Exchange must be made within 15 days

- To initiate you return request, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, the reason of the return/exchange, and a video that has been taken while unboxing your package as proof.
- While returning, make sure all the product tags/labels, product accessories and the original invoice is sent back with the product, in case it not being attached the refund will not be processed.
- Allow 1-2 business days for our team to get back to you after which the return will be initiated.
Reverse Pick up
- We provide a reverse pick-up to most of the pin codes. In this case, the shipment reaches back to us within 10-15 business days. Pick-up will be attempted twice. If the courier service cannot pick it up after two attempts, you are responsible for shipping it back to us.
Exchange / Refund
Once we receive your products, within 1-2 business days our QC team will check the products and initiate your payment procedure as per the policy below.
- In case of a defective product is sent back from your end, we will not initiate the refund until we are satisfied with your video proof.
- In case of a non-defective product, Our QC team will do a quality run and after approval will proceed with your refund.
- In case of an exchange, kindly write us at email@example.com we’ll initiate your reverse pick-up request.
- Place a new order with the correct size.
- After QC validation we will initiate payment within 30 days.
- A refund will be credited to the account details as we have received by mail.
- In case of a COD order, our team will get in touch with you to get your bank details.
Note: For a successful Return and exchange, ensure that the products are unused, unwashed and sent back in original packing.
